Recently, iCAN Lab’s PhD students Ziyang Liu and Wang Xiang participated in the "Nanshan Star" Graduate Innovation Forum, hosted by the Nanobiomaterials Division of the Chinese Society for Biomaterials and organized by the School of Biomedical Engineering at Guangzhou Medical University. They presented cutting-edge research findings through specialized academic reports. Demonstrating robust research capabilities and innovative study designs, both stood out among numerous participants, winning the first and third prizes, respectively. Their achievements reflect iCAN Lab’s sustained dedication to biomedical engineering and clinical translation research.

​Recently, after a rigorous selection process by the college, preliminary review by the Graduate School, and public announcement, Liu Zhengkun, a master's student and member of the iCAN Lab, has successfully been awarded the 2025 National Scholarship for Graduate Students due to his outstanding academic performance, remarkable research ability, and innovative achievements. During his master's studies, Liu Zhengkun has consistently maintained a rigorous and pragmatic research attitude, actively participated in key laboratory projects, and achieved significant milestone results, demonstrating excellent academic potential and comprehensive qualities.
